Tuna Cutlet RECIPE#246





Step 1:-   Keep aside canned tuna ( 10 oz ) 



  Step 2:-  Saute   onion ( finely chopped , 1/2  onion) ,  garlic ( finely chopped, 4 cloves),  green chillies ( finely chopped ,2-3nos )  and  ginger root (  finely chopped , 1 teaspoon )  , Until the onion becomes transparent .



Step 3:- Bring down the heat  and turmeric powder  ( 1/2 teaspoon )   fenugreek powder  (  1/2 teaspoons ) ,   Saute for 1-2  seconds.



Step 4:- add step 1 tuna  , combine well , 


 add potatoes ( 2 boiled or baked )  ,


mash it , 


and combine well .


 Step 5:-  Make  small round/oval patties 



and dip in  whole purpose flour , then in egg white / '' beaten whole egg'' and then in bread crumbs and keep aside .



Step 6 :- Heat  a pan on stove top and then add oil and then heat the oil. 




Shallow fry the patties, flip them on both sides to cook completely( Until it gets golden brown in color) .


S          Step 7:- Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

     



  Step 8:-  Cutlet is ready ....... Enjoy  with your favorite sauce.  ........................:) JA-Mathew-
