Jes Special Chicken 65 RECIPE #277

       





Step 1:- Cut  boneless chicken thighs    ( 2 lbs~ 1 kg  ) into 2'' sized cubes and soak them in curd ( 3 table spoons ) 



 and salt  water ( 3 ~1 , 3 table spoons of salt in 1 liter of water) for 20- 30 minutes . Then wash it 'perfectly' and keep aside .


Step 2:- Make a marinade with ,   kashmiri chilli powder   ( 1 1/2 teaspoons  )  turmeric powder (1 teaspoons ) , cumin powder  ( 3/4 teaspoons  ), coriander powder ( 1 teaspoon) , home made garam masala ( 1/2 teaspoons )  black pepper powder ( 1/2 teaspoons) , salt  ,




ginger-garlic powder ( 4 teaspoons) , curd ( 1/2 cup ) ,


finely chopped cilantro ( 1/4 cup ) , finely chopped curry leaves ( 1/4 cup )  , fennel powder OPTIONAL  ( 1/2 teaspoons) , rice flour  ( 1/4-1/2  cup ) , and red food color OPTIONAL  ( 2 pinches ) 


 COMBINE them all together with 2 teaspoons -1/4 cup of water  ,



 apply the marinade  on step 1 chicken pieces , 


and refrigerate it for 30 minutes - overnight   .




Step 3:- Heat a pan and add oil ( any vegetable oil, 1-1 1/2 cup ) and heat the oil , and fry the  step 2   marinated chicken thighs ,  ( 7-8 minutes, on both sides ) on medium flame until it gets golden brown in color  ,




and drain them on a paper towel . And keep aside .


Step 5:-  Remove most of the  oil [  90% of fried oil from the   step 3 pan and keep aside for future use ( :)  ]  and retain little oil ( 10% of it )  and   ginger garlic paste  ( 2 teaspoon ) , curry leaves  (  4-6 twigs ), 


  green chillies   (  4-6 nos ),


add the step 3 chicken

lemon juice ( 2 table spoons ) , pepper powder ( 1 teaspoon ) and ketchup  OPTIONAL ( 3 table spoons ) , water ( 1/4 cup)   and  COMBINE . And " cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.

The Ultimate Chicken Noodle Soup RECIPE #276









Step 1:Heat a  pan ,  add  chicken ( 4-5  thighs , cut into small square pieces ) , and lemon juice ( 2 table spoons ) , saute  until chicken pieces



changes its color  as  in the pic below . And now  remove them from the pan and keep aside .



And on the same pan add  olive oil ( 3-4 table spoons )  OR butter ( 3-4 table spoons ) , add ginger ( finely chopped 3-4 teaspoons ) and garlic ( finely chopped ( 3-4 teaspoons ) , saute for few seconds and now 



add onions ( finely chopped , 1 cup ) , saute until it becomes transparent .


 now add  carrots ( chopped , 1 cup ) , mushrooms ( chopped 1 cup ) , saute for few seconds and 


add celery stalks  ( 5-7 chopped )  saute and 


 add  tomato ( one , chopped)  , 



 parsley  ( chopped , 3/4 cup ) , combine well and ,


add butter ( 2 table spoons ) , thyme ( dry 1 teaspoon) , black pepper powder ( 3-6 teaspoons ) salt and bay leaves ( 3-4 nos ) , combine well and 



add chicken ( step 1 ) , combine and add ,


chicken or beef broth ( 32 oz ) and warm water ( 3-4 cup) , combine well and add


 fusilli ( a cup) , and 



homestyle noodles ( 1 1/2  -2 cups ) . Combine  and cook for 1 1/2 -  2 hours ( on medium low flame /heat ) add more water ( warm ) if needed .

Easy Chinese Fried Rice!! RECIPE #275








Step 1:- Cook rice ( 2 cups )  and  keep aside.






Step 2:- Chop vegetables  - peppers ( red , yellow and green ~ 1 1/ 2 cups ) , Cabbage ( 1/2 cup ) , carrot( 1 cup ) , 




garlic (finely chopped   2 tablespoons) ,


onion  (finely chopped   1 1/2 cup) , green onions ( 1/2 cup ) . And keep aside


Step 3:- Heat a pan ( non stick preferred ) , add  1-2 table spoon of olive  oil  ,  add  garlic ( finely chopped, 1 1/2  teaspoon ),  saute until you get a nice aroma of garlic , 




and add   onion ( finely  chopped , 1 1/2 cups) ,  saute for 2-3 seconds 


now add cabbage and carrot 


add the peppers 


and now add eggs ( 3 nos ) 




scramble it, ( as in the pic shown below ) 


Now Add chilli sauce  or chilli garlic sauce ( 21/2 - 3 teaspoons ) 


add soy sauce  ( dark 4-5 teaspoons   OR light 6-7 teaspoons ),



lemon juice ( 2 teaspoons ) , salt 


 and pepper powder ( 1 1/2 -  2 table spoons ) , Combine well and 


add the step 1  cooked rice , Combine !
