The Ultimate Chicken Noodle Soup RECIPE #276









Step 1:Heat a  pan ,  add  chicken ( 4-5  thighs , cut into small square pieces ) , and lemon juice ( 2 table spoons ) , saute  until chicken pieces



changes its color  as  in the pic below . And now  remove them from the pan and keep aside .



And on the same pan add  olive oil ( 3-4 table spoons )  OR butter ( 3-4 table spoons ) , add ginger ( finely chopped 3-4 teaspoons ) and garlic ( finely chopped ( 3-4 teaspoons ) , saute for few seconds and now 



add onions ( finely chopped , 1 cup ) , saute until it becomes transparent .


 now add  carrots ( chopped , 1 cup ) , mushrooms ( chopped 1 cup ) , saute for few seconds and 


add celery stalks  ( 5-7 chopped )  saute and 


 add  tomato ( one , chopped)  , 



 parsley  ( chopped , 3/4 cup ) , combine well and ,


add butter ( 2 table spoons ) , thyme ( dry 1 teaspoon) , black pepper powder ( 3-6 teaspoons ) salt and bay leaves ( 3-4 nos ) , combine well and 



add chicken ( step 1 ) , combine and add ,


chicken or beef broth ( 32 oz ) and warm water ( 3-4 cup) , combine well and add


 fusilli ( a cup) , and 



homestyle noodles ( 1 1/2  -2 cups ) . Combine  and cook for 1 1/2 -  2 hours ( on medium low flame /heat ) add more water ( warm ) if needed .
