Step 1:- Cut boneless chicken thighs ( 2 1/2 lbs~ 1 1/4 kg ) into 2'' sized cubes , and keep aside .
Step 2:- Heat a pan and add oil ( any vegetable oil, 2-3 table spoons ),
add the step 1 chicken pieces , and lemon juice ( of a half lemon ) , spread them ,
and remove the chicken juices ( if its too much ) ,
and save it for future use .
cook / fry it until chicken pieces gets brown color on its surfaces ( it will take total of 15-20 minutes )
Step 3:- now add soya sauce ( 6-8 teaspoons ) ,
chilli garlic sauce ( 4-6 teaspoons ) ,
tomato ketcup ( spicy or mild , 4-6 ) ,
COMBINE THEM and add ,
garlic ( finely chopped 21/2 teaspoons ) , ginger ( finely chopped 21/2 teaspoons ) and green chilli ( slitted 5-8 nos ) , saute it for 4-5 minutes and
onion ( red , a big one , sliced or cubed ) , combine
and add sugar ( brown or white 11/2 teaspoons ) , combine and
and add spring onion ( chopped 1/2 cup ) ,
black pepper powder ( 2-3 teaspoons ) , salt and
step 2 chicken juice , combine and cook another 10-15 minutes on medium flame
