Easy Paneer Manchurian From Jes's Kitchen. RECIPE#347


Hey guys follow me here 





STEP1:- Combine ketchup or tomato puree ( 3 table spoons) ,  soysauce ( 3 tablespoons) , 


and sugar ( brown ,2 table spoons ) , and set aside.



STEP 2:- Shallow fry paneer ( cube cut  1 lb/ 500 gms ) , until its sides 





get golden brown in color like as in the pic below .  And drain them on a paper towel to absorb exra oil and set aside .



STEP 3:- Saute garlic ( finelychopped,  2 teaspoons )  and  ginger ( finelychopped ,2 teaspoons ) in same oil , 


and add celery  ( chopped , 1/4 cup ) and green onions ( chopped , 1/4 cup ) ,  Saute for 2-3 minutes until you get aroma of garlic and ginger .



Now add onion ( 1 large , cut into cubes ) , saute for 2-3 minutes and add 



peppers ( red , yellow , organe and green ,  cut into cubes , 2 cups ) 




Now add the Step 1  sauce , combine and add 




Step 2  fried paneer , combine and 





add corn flour ( combine  2 -3  table spoons of  corn flour & 5 table spoons of water ) 



Combine and add pepper powder ( 1 teaspoon) and salt .



Sprinkle green onions ( 1/2 cup , chopped ) and cook for 10 minutes on low -medium flame .




STEP 4:- Easy Paneer Manchurian from Jes 's Kitchen is ready .... Enjoy with plain rice , naan ...... JA-Mathew ....

Easy Chicken Pasta From Jes's Kitchen ! RECIPE: 346



Hey guys follow me here 



STEP 1:- Cook chicken ( bone less thighs, cut into 1 inch squares , 1 lb ~ 1/2 kg )  by adding pepper powder  ( 1 teaspon ) , water ( 2 table spoons ) , and salt .




" dry roast them ' ( as in the pic below ) and keep aside  .



STEP 2:- Cook pasta ( 1 lb ~ 1/2 kg )  and keep  aside .






STEP 3:- Heat   a pan  add  oil   ( olive oil , 2 table spoons )  , add onion  ( 1/2 cup , chopped )  garlic  (chopped, 1 1/2  table spoon) ,  and sauté until the onions become golden brown  in color .Now  add  garlic  powder ( 3/4 teaspoon) paprikka   ( 1 teaspoon) , and saute until its raw smell goes away .




STEP 4:- Add tomato   ( 2 large  nos , chopped  )  , sautee for 3-4 minuets ,  add  water  ( 3/4  - 1 cup ) ,  pepper powder ( 1 teaspoon) ,  salt  , sugar ( brown , 1 teaspoon)  and  thyme ( 1/4 teaspoon) .



 Add  tomato basil sauce  OR tomato sauce  ( 3/4   cup ) ,





 now add  step 2  pasta  Combine well, and add 





Step 1 cooked chicken ,




Combine and  add more sauce or water (if needed) .
