Goat Curry RECIPE #19

Goat Curry:-

Step  1:- Heat  3 table spoon of  vegetable oil in a pan,add 1 table spoon of  crushed coriander seeds,saute for few minutes ( until the seeds gets light brown in color). Now add a table spoon of  chopped ginger root , 3 teaspoon of  chopped garlic cloves ,2-3 green chillies .Add  3-5 medium sliced onions ,few bay leaves, 2-3 cardamom,2-3 cloves ,5-6 black pepper corns  .Saute until the onion gets transparent.

Step 2:-Add 5 lb of goat pieces  & 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste  ,Saute for few minutes.

Step 3:- Add 2 chopped tomatoes2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chiili powder3 teaspoon of turmeric powder saute for few more seconds.

Step 4:- Add  3 teaspoon of garam masala , 2-3 springs of curry leaves  and saute and make sure that goat pieces are properly mixed with all the ''ingredients ''. Now turn off the flame and keep the 'marinated' goat pieces at room temperature  for 5-8 hours.

Step 6:- Cook it for 45-50 minutes in medium flame.
