Plain Moru Curry RECIPE#130

                                            Step 1 :- Blend  1/2 liter of the curd with  1/4 cup of water in a mixer and keep it aside .

                                         Step 2:- Heat 3 table spoon of oil in a pan. Splutter  11/2 teaspoon of mustards seeds ,  4 dried red chillies , 2 '' of chopped  ginger roots ,   1 teaspoon of cumin seeds ,3-4 chopped garlic and  1/2   chopped onion ( savala /pearl onions). Saute  until the onion gets lightly browned and add 2 sprigs of curry leaves. Stir for a minute. Bring down the heat and add  2 teaspoon of turmeric powder , 1/2 teaspoon of chilly powder.Add 1/2 cup of water  and  allow to boil on  medium flame .




                                      Step 3:-  Bring down the heat and add  the  Curd ( step 1)  and mix  it well. Stir continuously until it is warmed through . Do not let it boil !!!!! add 1-2 pinches of fenugreek powder  and add Salt.



                                         Step 4:-  Mean while in a separate  pan  heat 2 table spoon of oil  splutter 1 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds , and add 2-3 dried red chilli , saute for 2- 4 minutes and pour over the ''step 3 pan  Curd''.


Step 5:-  Plain Moru Curry Is ready ..... ...Enjoy......JA- Mathew-
