Fish Fried Rice ( Jes Style ) RECIPE#108






Fish Fried Rice ( Jes Style ) 






Step 1:-  Cut  2 lb of fish into small cube .
Step 2:- Marinate the fish  with salt, 2 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 2 teaspoon of  dried red  chilli  flakes , 


and  2-4  teaspoon of  ginger garlic paste  for  2 -7 hours.


 Step 3:-  Bake  at 350  degree Fahrenheit   for 20-25 minutes  and at 300 degree Fahrenheit   for 15-20  minutes . 


Step 4:- Heat a pan  add  2 table spoon of vegetable oil or ghee , add 4-8 cloves, 2-4 cinnamon sticks , 1 star anise , saute for few minutes.


Step 5:- Add  julienned  1/2 onion, 4-5  green beans, 1 carrots ,   1/4 red bell pepper ,  1/4 green pepper, 2-4 celery and salt .Saute  until the vegetables softens . 


Step 6:- Add 2-4 teaspoon of soy sauce.

Step 7:- Add the baked fish  (step 3) 


Step 8:- Combine well. 


Step 9:-   Add 2 cups of cooked rice  ,2-3  teaspoon of pepper powder , 1 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder.


Step 10:-   Stir to  Combine .



 Step 11:-   Add  some chopped cilantro .


Step 12:- Fish Fried Rice ( Jes Style ) .....................:) :) :)

Paneer Fried Rice RECIPE#107



Paneer Fried Rice








INGREDIENTS 

Step 1:- 2 1/2 cup of cooked Basmati rice, Scrambled egg ( from 2-3 eggs) ,


' julienned' 1/2 onion, 10-15 green beans, 1-3 carrots , ''stem of cilantro'' and  a red bell pepper.


Step 2:- Heat a pan and add 2 table spoon of butter .  Add 2-6 cloves, fry the 300- 400 grams of  panner cubes until it gets light brown color on its edges as in the picture . Transfer  and drain on a paper towel.




Step 3:-  ''In the mean time '' beat 2-3 eggs with salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder   scramble it and keep aside.


Step 4:- In the remaining butter (Step 2 pan )   add the julienned  onion,  green beans,  carrots , ''stem of cilantro'' ,   red bell pepper  ( step1) and salt .Saute  until the vegetables softens .


Step 5:- Add 2-4 teaspoon of soy sauce.



Step 6:- Add the fried paneer (step 2) 



Step 7:-   Add the 'prepared' scrambled egg ( step 3). And combine well.


Step 8:-   Add the cooked rice (step 1) and 2-3  teaspoon of pepper powder .


Step 9:-   Stir to  Combine .


                                                    Step 10:-   Add  some chopped cilantro .



Step 11:-  Paneer Fried Rice Rice  is ready.....................:) :) :)

Chicken Rice ( Jess Style ) RECIPE#106


Chicken Rice  ( Jess Style )




 Step 1:- ''Chop'' 4-7  chicken thighs  and marinate with 1/2 lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder for minimum 1/2 an hour.


 Step 2:- 'Chop' a tomato , 1 carrot, 2-3 spring onion, 2-4 grenn chillies , 2-5 curry leaves , 2'' ginger root , 2-4 garlic cloves and 1/2  onion 'as in the picture ' and keep aside.


Step 3:- Heat 2 teaspoon of vegetable  oil/ ghee in a pan  , add onion, ginger, spring onion, garlic and curry leaves ( step 2) . Saute for few minutes.


Step 4:- Add the tomato and  carrot ( step 2) .


Step 5:- Add 2-4 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala  powder. Mix well and saute for few more minutes



 Step 6:- Add the'' chopped chicken '' ( step 1) 


Step 7:- 'Mix' well  with 1/2 -3/4 cup of water and cook until the chicken is done .


Step 7:-  ''In the mean time '' beat 3 eggs with salt,  1/2 -1 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder,  scramble it and keep aside.


Step 8:-   When the water from the chicken completely evaporates ,add 2 1/2 cup of cooked rice ( Basmati ) rice to the step 7 pan , and add the 'prepared' scrambled egg ( step 7).





Step 9:- Combine well.


Step 10 :- ( Jess Style )  Chicken Rice  is ready.................................

Snake gourd /Padavalanga stir fry RECIPE#105

 Snake gourd /Padavalanga stir fry


 Step 1:-  Cut  a snake gourd , and 1/2 onion ( lengthwise ) and keep aside .


 Step 2:-  Heat a pan , add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds.


 Step 3:-  Add the   onion and  Snake gourd ( step 1) .


Step 4:- 1  teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chilly powder , 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala  and salt 


Step 5:-  Add 1/2 - 1 cup of water ,  salt and cover the pan with a lid and cook for  15-20 minutes on medium flame  until the Snake gourd is done .


Step 6:- Once the Snake gourd  is done remove the lid and saute, until the water completely evaporates .

Step 7 :- Then add  1-2 table spoon of vegetable oil  , few curry leaves  and saute until it changes its color to  light Brown .


Step 8:-  Snake Gourd Stir Fry   is ready .........Enjoy with   steamed rice. ......:) 







Asparagus - Chicken Varattiyathu - '' JESS STYLE " RECIPE#104






                                    Step 1:-  Marinate 2-3 lbs of boneless chicken with 2 teaspoons of turmeric  powder , salt and 1/2 lemon juice for 2-5 hours.




Step 2:-   Chop  1 lb of asparagus, as in the picture and   keep aside.


Step 3:-   Chop  15-20 pearl onion, as in the picture and   keep aside.


Step 4:- Heat  3 - 4 tablespoon Olive in a  pan, add chopped pearl onions,3-4 chopped garlic,  chopped 2'' ginger root  and saute for few minutes. 


 Step 5:-  Add 2-3 green chilies,   1 1/2 teaspoon of  fennel seeds, 2-3  cardamom ,3-4 cloves and  saute  until the onion gets transparent/ Brown .



 Step 6:- Bring down the flame and add turmeric powder, kashmiri chiili powder, garam masala  and coriander powder and saute for few seconds.


Step 7:- Add the chopped asparagus


Step 8:- Add the marinated chicken pieces.


Step 9:- Transfer to a oven poof pan.And add 1/2 cup of water and salt .


 Step 10:-  Bake  at 400 degree Fahrenheit   for 20-25 minutes  and at 350 degree Fahrenheit   for 15-20  minutes .


 Step 11:- And then ''COOK'on stove top , until the water completely evaporates from the chicken , as in the picture below.





 Step 12:- Asparagus - Chicken  Varattiyathu  - '' JESS STYLE " is ready.......
