Easy Beef fry ( Jes Style ) RECIPE#119









Step 1:- Chop  2 lb of Beef  into  small cubes.  and marinate with 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder for 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 2:-  Heat 4 table spoon of  vegetable oil  ( Canola) in a pan. Splutter  2-3 teaspoon of mustards seeds . 


Step 3:-  Add    a bay leaf, 1/2 star anise  , 5-7 cloves , 3 teaspoon of fennel seeds , 3-5 cardamom  and a cinnamon stick,' fry' until  you get a nice smell of spices    .


Step 4:- Now bring down the heat  and add 1 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder , 1 1/2  teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder, 2 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder , combine well.


Step 5:- Add 2  diced onion 


Step 6:- 'Combine  well '


Step 7:Add the beef ( step 1) 


Step 8:- 'Mix well ' with  salt and, keep it for 2hours- 5 hours.


Step 9:- Add curry leaves and 2-3 cups of water  .   Cook for 30 - 35 minutes on medium   flame and   20-25 minutes on low medium flame 




Step 10:- Once the beef pieces  are done remove the lid and saute until the water completely evaporates .



Step 11  :- Add  3-5 table spoon of vegetable oil / coconut oil and saute until  the beef pieces  becomes brown  in color.


 Step 12:-   Easy Beef fry ( Jes Style )   is ready .Enjoy with  steamed rice/ Chapatis/fulkas/ tortillas   ......:)
