Radish -Morucurry ( Jes Style ) RECIPE#118





Step 1:-  Blend 4-6 cups of curd  in a mixer and keep aside 

Step 2:-    Finely chop 3-4 Radish 



Step 3:-      Finely chop 1/4- 1/2 onion , 3-6 garlic pieces, and 2'' of ginger root .


Step 4:-  Heat 2 table spoon of  vegetable oil in a pan. Splutter  2 teaspoon of mustards seeds . 


Step 4:- Add   onion , garlic and ginger (  step 3 ). Saute   until the onion becomes golden brown in color.


Step 5:-  Bring down the heat and add 2 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek  powder , a pinch of Asafoetida powder ,  and combine well.


Step 7:-   Now add the  chopped  radish  (step 2 )


Step 8:-  Add salt and 1/2 cup  of water. 


Step 9:-   Add 2 teaspoon of crushed ginger root , 8-10 curry leaves and cook until the radish is 'well done' .



Step 10:-  Bring down the  heat and add the  curd ( step 1)  




Step 11:- ''Mix ''well.  And ''keep'' in low flame for another 7- 10 minutes .

Step 12:-   Radish -Morucurry ( Jes Style )  is ready ........................:)
