Cauliflower Rice RECIPE#138











 Step 1:- Heat a wide ( non stick preferred ) pan , add  1 1/2 table spoon of  ghee . 


 Step 2:-  Add    finely chopped onion ( 3/4 of a large one  ) ,  2-3 garlic cloves,   and 2'' of ginger . Saute for minutes until the onion becomes transparent.  



 Step 3:-   Now add    finely chopped  2  cup of Cauliflower florets   .


Step 3:-  Add 2-3  finely  chopped green chillies .


Step 4:-  Add 2-4  chopped spring onion .


Step 5:-   Now bring down the flame/ heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder , salt and a pinch of garam masala. Saute until the 'powder's ' raw smell goes away.



Step 6:-  Add  2  cup of cooked rice ( basmati   preferred) .


Step 7:-  Combine well 


  Step 8:- Cauliflower Rice  is ready...........  Enjoy ........:) JA- Mathew-
