Chicken Salad RECIPE#145













  Step 1 :-  Cook  3/4  lb/ 1/4-1/2 kg of chicken breast with salt, water and  1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder .   

Step 2:-  When the chicken gets  done , cut  into' small cubes' and place in a  mixing  bowl .                             








Step 3:-   Add 1 cup of chopped  black and red grapes ( seedless)  ,


finely chopped celery  ( 3/4 cup ) ,


1/2 cup of dried cranberries,


finely chopped apple ( 1 cup ) 


                    Step 4:-   Combine well with  1/2 of a lemon juice, 1/2-1  teaspoon of pepper powder , salt and  1 cup of mayonnaise.




Step 5 :-   Chicken salad is ready................  :) JA-Mathew-
