Easy Shepherd's Pie II RECIPE#348



Hey guys follow me here 




STEP 1 :-  Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit ~204 degree Celsius.

STEP 2 :- Microwave OR cook  3 large  russells potatoes / 6 red potatoes  and keep aside  , mash it and  combine it with butter  ( 3-5 small cubes ) , salt and pepper powder ( 1 -2  teaspoons)  and keep aside.





STEP 3 :- Melt  irish butter 2 table spoon ) ,  and  add  onion  (  chopped  , a big one ) , 



   garlic ( finely chopped ,  2 teaspoons  ) , saute until the onions become soft . And now add 




 the ground beef ( 2lb~ 1 kg ) , 


and saute until  there is no more pink in beef  !


Now add carrots  ( diced , 1 1/2 cups  ) , greenpeas   ( 3/4 cups   ) , pepper ( cubed ,  any colored ,  1/4- 1/2 cup ) ,  cucumber ( cubed ,  1/2 cup) , 



saute and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame ,


 Now add   pepper powder   (  1~2 teaspoon  spoons  ) , paprkia  powder ,  ( 1 teaspoon ) , garlic  powder with parsely    ( 2 teaspoons ) , low sodium organic  chicken broth ( 1/4 -1/2 cup )  ,salt  



 and   Worcester sauce ( 1 1/2 table spoons ),  combine well ,  and  saute  for 1-2  minutes  on medium flame . And set aside .




Step 4  :- Layer  STEP 3   mixture  in a oven proof pan ( 9*11 inch pan ) , and now 



spread  STEP 2  mixture  over it , 


"sprinkle "  some  chopped parsely  . Cover it with a heavy duty aluminium foil  and 





bake for 30 minutes and   NOW REMOVE THE ALUMINIUM FOIL and  broil for another 3-4 minutes  ( until its surfaces gets  a golden brown color , as in the pic below ) 



Step 6:- Easy Shepherd's Pie is ready...........:) Enjoy  ............- JA Mathew-
