A Modified Goulash with Chicken RECIPE #29


 A  Modified Goulash with Chicken
Goulash ..
Step 1:-  Marinate 4 lbs of boneless chicken ( Long cut x 4mm x 5cm  ) 3 teaspoons of Kashmiri chilly powder ,2 teaspoons of turmeric  powder,4 teaspoons of coriander powder2 teaspoons of garam masala, and 8-10  chopped curry leaves and keep in refrigerator for 24 hrs .

Step 2:- Heat  3 - 4 tablespoon Olive in a big pan, add sliced 3 big onions,3-4 chopped garlic2-3 green chilli and chopped 2'' ginger root saute until onions gets brown in color , add  2-3  cardamom , 2-4 cinnamon sticks ,3-4 cloves , 2 springs of curry leaves  and  a teaspoon of tomato puree. Saute  Until the onion gets transparent/ Brown .

Step 3 :- Add 2-3  carrot ( Long cut  4 mm x 4mm x 5cm  )a  sliced potato, 2-3 sliced  tomato , 2-3  sliced Bell pepper , 10 -12 sliced mushroom, ¼ lb Pineapple (Long cut 4mm  x 4mm x 5cm ), one apple ( Long cut 4 mm x 4mm x 5cm ) , 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro and   step 2 contents to the marinated chicken .

 Step 4:-  Preheat the oven on 450 degree

Step 5:- Bake  the Chicken ( step 4)  with salt and 3-4 tbsp of soy sauce for 30  minutes in a  oven proof bowl.
.Goulash.
Step 6:- Chicken Goulash is ready..............
