Egg Curry RECIPE #17

EGG CURRY
E 1
Step 1:-Boil 3-4 cups of water with 2 teaspoon of salt , Then  add  6-7 Eggs and allow it  to boil in a low flame for 5- 7 minutes. Remove the shells from the boiled eggs and keep aside.

Step 2:- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil  in a pan . Splutter 2 teaspoon of  mustard seeds,   add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds2-3 pieces of cinnamon sticks, 2-3 cardamom, 2 cloves , and 1 anistar .Saute for few minutes.

Step 3:- Add 4-7  chopped pearl onion , 2-3  splitted green chilies , few curry leaves. And  saute until the onion turns golden brown in color.

Step 4:- Bring down the heat and add 1 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder,2 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 table spoon of coriander powder,  saute for  few seconds and add  1/4 cup of water and  1 chopped tomato. Boil' this ' for  5 minutes.

Step 5:- Add peeled eggs and mix it well.

Step 6:- Add 2 cups of water and allow  to boil for 5-6 minutes in medium flame.

Step 7 :- This step  is optional. Cut  the eggs into two halves  and  boil for 6-7 minutes. Garnish with Cilantro........................................ENJOY..................
