JESS STYLE SPECIAL PEPPER CHICKEN CURRY ( with out oil) RECIPE#84

''JESS  STYLE "SPECIAL PEPPER CHICKEN CURRY ( with out oil)



Step 1:- Marinate 1 kg/ 2 lb of chicken  pieces (boneless thigh ) with 1/2 lemon juice for 15 minutes.


Step 2:- Make  a  smooth  paste with   4-5  garlic pieces  ,3 " of ginger root,  , 6-8 pearl onions , 1  1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and  1/2 teaspoon of thyme ( 100% optional ) .



Step 3:- Mix  the paste ( Step 2 )  with 3 teaspoon of turmeric powder  , 4-5  teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder   ( http://jesacos5.blogspot.com/2013/11/biriyani-powder-garam-masala-powder.html )  and salt , apply on the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 4- 8 hours.



Step 4:-Bake  ''the marinated  chicken pieces ''   30 minutes  at 350 F with 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water and  another 20- 30 minutes at 300 F ( until the gravy becomes thick) .


Step 5:-  ''JESS STYLE'' SPECIAL PEPPER CHICKEN CURRY ( with out oil) is ready .......:) Serve with chapattis, fulkas, tortillas........
