Step 1:- Soak 4 OZ of soya chunks in hot water for 20 minutes. Microwave 2 cups of chopped frozen vegetables/ fresh vegetables for 7 minutes .
Step 2:- Drain the water from the chunks and keep aside with Microwaved vegs.
Step 3:- Heat 2 table spoon of vegetable oil ( canola ) in a pan , splutter 2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
Step 5:- Bring down the flame and add the powders (1 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder , 1 teaspoon of Nirapara chicken masala , 1 Anistar , 2-3 cloves, 2-4 cardamom ) and saute for few seconds
Step 7:- Cook it for few minutes until the tomato gets mushy.
Step 8:- Now add soaked Soya chunks , Microwaved vegetables,
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro, 1 1/2 cup of water and Salt . mix it well and cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.
Step 9:- Garnish with chopped cilantro.........
