Veg -Curd Salad:-
Step 1:- Chop Cilantro, chop 2 medium sized onions/ & 3 Tomato and keep aside
Step 2:- Grate 2 carrot and 2 cucumber and keep aside.
Step 3:- Mix step 1 & step 2 '' ingredients '' with 2- 3cup of curd ( yogurt ) , salt , and 3- 5 sliced green chillies .
It goes well with Chicken /Veg/Mutton Pulav, Chicken /Veg/Mutton Biriyani and Chicken /Veg/Mutton Fried rice .
