Special Raita
Step 5:- 1 table spoon of grated Lemon Zest
Step 1:- Grate 2 Medium sized tomatoes .
Step 2:- Grate a cucumber .
Step 3:- 1/4 cup of grated Onion
Step 5:- 1 table spoon of grated Lemon Zest
Step 6:- 1/4 of Grated mango ( ripened)
Step 7:- Grate 1 1/2 green chillies.
Step 8:- Add 2 cups of curd/ yogurt and Salt.
Step 9:- Add "Finely chopped" 5-7 curry leaves.
Step 10:- Mix everything together well. Enjoy with fried rice , Biriyani, steamed rice.......:)
