Step 1:- Make a smooth paste with 2- 4 garlic pieces ,2 " of ginger root, 1 table spoon of lemon juice , 3-5 pearl onions , 5-10 black peppers .
Step 2:- COMBINE the paste ( Step 1 ) , 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder , 1 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder and salt .
Step 3:- Marinate 2 lb of fish pieces [with Step 2 paste] for for 5-7 hours.
Step 4:- Heat a pan ( NON STICK ) . Add 1 teaspoon of oil . And ''Fry'' the marinated fish pieces until it gets '' brown'' on both sides. Drain the extra oil on a paper towel .
Step 5:- " JESS STYLE " SPECIAL FISH FRY ( Kerala style ) is ready .....:) Serve with steamed rice :)
