Step 1:- Soak rice ( basmati , 1 1/2 cup ) and keep aside .
Step 2:- Heat a pan , add a table spoon of vegetable oil , saute onion ( 1/2 cup , finely chopped ) , garlic ( finely chopped , 2 teaspoon ) , green chilli ( finely chopped , 2 nos ) , saute until the onion becomes transparent and add turmeric powder ( 1/2 teaspoon ) and fenugreek powder ( a pinch of ) .
Now add crab meat ( cooked 16 oz) , combine well
Step 3:- Now add the rice ( step 1 ) ,
Sauté it for 4-5 minutes ,
add pepper powder ( 1 teaspoon) , salt .
cilantro ( 1/2 cup , finely chopped) and water ( 2 cup ) . And cook for 15-18 minutes on medium flame ( until rice becomes fluffy and well done ) .
Step 4 :- Easy Crab Rice is ready ..... Enjoy ........JA-Mathew- :)
