Easy "Hyderabadi " Masala Chicken Curry from Jes's Kitchen ! RECIPE #329










STEP 1 :- Cut chicken ( 2 lb~ 1 kg ) into pieces and set aside . 


STEP 2:- Marinate  Step 1 chicken pieces with onion ( 2 1/2 nos,  medium sized ,  chopped ) , ginger- garlic paste ( 2 table spoons ) , green chilli ( 2nos ,  chopped ) , curd ( 3/4 cup ) , tomato ( 2 nos , medium sized , chopped) , salt , turmeric powder ( 1 teaspoon) , chilli powder ( 3/4 teaspoons) , paprika powder  ( 3/4 teaspoons) , garam masala / biryani masala powder  ( 1/2 teaspoon) ,  ghee / olive oil ( 3 table spoons )  and coriander powder ( 2 1/2 teaspoons ) . COMBINE WELL and add 




lemon juice ( 1/2 lemon's ) ,


Now add cashew ( 1/2 cup ) , mint leaves ( chopped , 1/2 cup ) ,  coriander leaves ( chopped , 1 cup )  and fried onions ( 1 1/2 cups ) . COMBINE well.


and add cardamom powder  ( 3/4 teaspoons ) and kasoori methi ( 1/4 cup ) . Combine well and 


refrigerate  for 15-20 minutes .



STEP 3:- Cook  for 1 hour and 15 minutes  on low medium temperature.
