Easy Healthy Spinach Rice ! RECIPE: 350



Hey guys follow me here 




 STEP 1 :- Heat a wok , add oil / butter / clarified butter / ghee ( 1 table spoon ) , and add  onion ( chopped , 3/4 cup ) ,  garlic  ( finely chopped , 2 teaspoons ) , saute for 5-7 minutes until the onions become soft and now add 



spinach  (washed  , chopped,  a bunch  ) . Saute  and cook for 5 minutes  ( on medium flame ) . 


   STEP 2 :- Now add  rice washed, 2 cups ) , combine and  


saute for 4 minutes  , ( on medium flame , until the rice becomes dry )  




 STEP 3 :- Now add ghee / clarified butter  ( optional , 2 table spoons ) , 


lemon juice ( from , 1/2 lemon ) 



beef broth  ( organic ,  4 cups ) ,  water ( 1/4-1/2 cups ) 


salt



pepper  ( 2 teaspoons ) and  combine , cook for 20 minutes on low medium ( until the rice is done ) 



STEP 4 :-  Easy Healthy Spinach Rice  is ready ...... Enjoy with your favorite sides ...... JA - Mathew
