Beef Rib masala
Step 1:- Saute sliced 2 1/2 Red onion ,chopped 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped 2''ginger root, few curry leaves & 2 green chillies in a pan ( in medium flame) with out oil until its water from onion gets evaporated.
Step 2 :- Now add 3 tbs of vegetable oil and 1 chopped tomato to this and saute until the onion becomes golden brown.Now bring down the heat to LOW and add 1 teaspoon of Chilli powder, 3 teaspoon of coriander powder, 3 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 3 1/2 garam masala( mixture of 2-4 anistar, 1-2 cloves, 2-3 cardamom, 2 cinnamon stick,few fennel seeds) ,Saute until its raw taste goes, then add 2 teaspoon of black pepper powder .
Step 3:-Marinate 5 lb of beef shot ribs with salt and onion with Masala ( Step 2 Ingredients) and keep in fridge for 12 hours ( over night ) .
Step 4:- Bake the marinated beef ribs for 40 -5- minutes in 400 degree Fahrenheit . Garnish with cilantro................
