Step 1 :- Cut I lb /1/2 kg of bone less chicken into small cubes. Marinate it with 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder,1/4 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder and 1/4 teaspoon of Garam masala for 1 hour.
Step 2:- Microwave the marinated chicken on high ( power level 9) for 10- 15 minutes and keep aside
Step 3:- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a big pan ,splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds ,add 1 sliced /chopped onion, saute until the onion turns to transparent, now add 2-3 cloves, 2-3 cinnamon sticks , one cardamom , chopped 2'' ginger roots chopped 4 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds and one cup of finely chopped Pacha cheera / Green amaranthus . when the onion gets brown transparent add microwaved chicken ( step 2) , 1 cup of grated coconut , 4 splitted green chilies , 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 5-8 curry leaves ,salt and 1/4 cup of water . Cook for 15- 20 minutes in low medium flame ,until all the water has evaporated.
