Stuffed Chapathi RECIPE #7

Take  lemon sized balls of Chapathi dough ,roll it little bit to form a small circle and keep one tablespoon of the filling ( fine mixture of 1 mashed potato,salt, chopped cilantro, ¼ cooked carrot and pepper powder) in the center , close and seal it well ,and then spread it just as we do for Chapathi . Cook the spreaded chapathi dough with fillings  in hot pan ( thava), till   both sides turns to golden brown.
