Easy Chicken Fry
Step 1:- Marinate 4 lb of boneless chicken pieces with 1 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 2 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 3 teaspoon of coriander powder, 2 teaspoon of ginger paste , 2 table spoon of lemon juice and salt for 6-8 hours.
Step 2:- Microwave the marinated chicken pieces with 1/2 cup of water for 12- 15 minutes .
Step 3:- Heat 5-6 table spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan .Shallow fry both sides of the microwaved chicken pieces for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Step 4:- Drain the extra oil on a paper towel .
