Pizza RECIPE #24

Step 1:-Prepare   the  Pizza dough .


                     I -   Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar  in  1/2 cup of Luke warm water  and  add 3/4  teaspoon  of yeast , 1/2 table spoon of salt   keep aside to' rise' .

                   II - Make 'a paste with the  raised yeast'   and  1/2 cup of all purpose flour/ maida . Keep aside. 
                   III - Combine 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour /atta  and  2 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil  well , and add the  'mix II', and 1/2 cup of water , knead well until  you get a soft, springy dough.
                   IV- Place the ''dough'' in a bowl and cover it with a warm damp cloth. Place  the'' dough  with warm cloth'' in  warm place ( preferably 78 degree Fahrenheit)   for 1  1/2 hour ( until the dough doubles its size  ) .
                  V-  Knead  again and ''keep it '' for another 1/2 an hour.
                 VI-  Completely fermented dough  ( Picture below) .

Step 2 :- Preheat the  Oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit .
Step 3:- Spread a big ball of Pizza dough on  a pre greased cookie  sheet ( 10" *13")   .Press the dough [1/2 inch to 1 inch thickness] into the pan . Make  enough holes along the surface of the dough with a fork. Brush the top and sides  of the dough with   olive oil. Keep aside  for 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 4:- Chop vegetables ( Green and red pepper, carrot, Onion , tomato ,mushroom, spring onion and cilantro)  for toppings .
Step 5:-   Spread   Pizza sauce  in even layer  over the dough. And  place the toppings ( chopped vegs)  and pepperoni  evenly on the dough.

Step 6:- Sprinkle with  Shredded  Parmesan cheese.

Step 7 :-' Bake' the Pizza  ( in middle rack ) for  10- 14 minutes , until the the crust is  golden brown in color.
