step 1:- Make the Pizza dough .
I - Combine 1/2 cup of Luke warm water add 3/4 teaspoon of yeast , 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 table spoon of salt , and keep aside to' rise' .

II - Make a paste with the raised yeast' with 1/2 cup of all purpose flour/ maida and keep aside keep aside to' rise' .
III - Combine 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour /atta and 2 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil well ,and add the 'mix II', and 1/2 cup of water , knead well until you get a soft, springy dough.
IV- Place the ''dough'' in a bowl and cover it with a warm damp cloth. Place the'' dough with warm cloth'' in warm place ( preferably 78 degree Fahrenheit) for 1 1/2 hour ( until the dough doubles its size ) V- Knead again and ''keep it '' for another 1/2 an hour.
Step 2 :- Preheat the Oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit .
Step 3:- Chop vegetables ( I used Green and red pepper, carrot, Onion , tomato ,mushroom, spring onion and cilantro) for toppings and keep aside.
Step 4:- Spread a ball size of Pizza dough on a pre greased round oven proof tava/ griddle with fingertips .Press the dough to 1/2 inch to 1 inch thickness. Make enough holes along the surface of the dough with a fork. Brush the top of the dough with 2 table spoon of olive oil. Keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
Step 5:- Spread 3- 4 table spoon of Pizza sauce over the dough. Place the toppings ( chopped vegs) and pepperoni evenly on the dough.
Step 6:- Sprinkle with Shredded Parmesan cheese.
Step 7 :-' Bake' the Pizza ( in middle rack ) for 10- 14 minutes ( until the the crust is golden brown in color).
