Poached Egg
Step 1:-Boil 2 cups of water in a pan . When its about to boil add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of vinegar.
Step 2:- Slide the egg from the saucepan to center of the pan.
Step 3:- Slow down the heat and cook for 2-4 minutes for runny yellow and 5-7 minutes for thick yellow. Scoop it out from water with a slotted spoon.
