Easy-healthy breakfast RECIPE #13

Step 1:- Make a  liquid mixture   with 1 cup  of milk ( hot or cold)3-4 egg white , finely chopped 1/4 cup of  spinach & cilantro , 2 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2  teaspoon of cardamom powder.

Step 2:- Dip the bread slices in the liquid mixture.

Step 3:-  Toast  the bread ( both sides  until  the sides get brown in color)) in the  hot non stick  tava /griddle.
