Step 1:- Chop (1 medium salava ( onion), 3-4 ribs of celery, 2-3 carrots , 2-4 cloves of garlic ,4 inch of ginger root ) and keep aside.
Step 2:- Finely chop cilantro and Italian parsley and keep aside .
Step 3:- Prepare chicken ( 3 lb/ 1 1/2 kg) stock . And keep aside.
Step 4:- Cook 3/4 cup of elbow pasta ( Macaroni) and keep aside
Step 5:- Heat 1 table spoon of butter/ vegetable oil in a big pan. Saute Step 1 ingredients until the onion gets transparent. Then add Chicken stalk , 2-3 bay leaves , chopped cilantro & parsley , 2- 5 teaspoon of pepper powder , 2 cups of water , salt and cook for 10 -15 minutes in medium flame .
Step 6:- Add whole wheat vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame .
Step 7:- Add cooked pasta ( step 4) , cooked chicken ( step 3) mix it well and again cook for 4-5 minutes . Do remember to fish out the bay leaves.!!!!
Step 8 :- Drain the water and keep (refrigerate) the 'drained water' for future use .
Step 8:- Chicken vermicelli pasta is ready...................:) : ) Serve Hot :) :)
