Step 1:- Peel a pineapple and cut into cubes .
Step 2:- Add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract. And make puree .
Step 3:- Cook pineapple puree with 1/4 cup of water in medium flame (for 20 minutes) until it gets thick .
Step 4:-Now add 2 lemon juice , 2 cups of sugar and 1 table spoon of butter . Mix well and cook for 30- 32 minutes . Cook first 15 minutes in medium-high flame and continuously stir for the next 15 -17 minutes in medium flame.
Step 5:- Stir continuously until it get thickens.Transfer it into glass bottles and store in refrigerator.
