Step 1:- Chop a guava , green apple and yellow banana and keep aside.
Step 2:- Make a fine paste with "Step 1 Ingredients" .
Step 3:- Caramelize 1 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan with a star anise ,2-5 cloves and 2 cardamom .
Step 4:- Remove the caramelized sugar from the heat and add the paste ( step 2 paste).
Step 5:- Add 1/2 lemon juice , 1 table spoon of butter . Mix well and cook for 30- 32 minutes . Cook first 15 minutes in medium-high flame and continuously stir for the next 15 minutes in medium flame.Stir continuously until it get thickens. Fish out the cloves cardamom and star anise. Transfer it into glass bottles and store in refrigerator.
