Marinate cleaned Sardine ( Maathi ,12 nos) with 1 tsp of turmeric powder,1 tsp of Pepper powder,1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste,1/4 tsp of chilly powder,1/2 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and salt for 2 hrs. Deep fry both sides for 10 minutes in medium flame and garnish with fried Onion and Curry leaves..
