Easy Chicken Drumstick FRY RECIPE #54



 "Easy " Chicken Drumstick FRY 




Step 1:- Marinate 4 -8  chicken   drumsticks ( make 2-3 deep cuts in the meat) with 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala http://jesacos5.blogspot.com/2013/11/biriyani-powder-garam-masala-powder.html) , 2 -4 teaspoon of ginger  garlic paste ,  2 table spoon of curd/ yogurt  and salt  for 2 hours. 



Step 2:- Microwave the marinated chicken pieces  with 1/4 cup of water for 12- 15 minutes . And keep aside.



  Step 3:  Prepare  a '' mixture '' with 1/4 cup of whole purpose flour ,  3 table spoon of Cajun Sea food fry mix ( its optional) , 3 table spoon of corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder , 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri  chilly powder ,salt and 1/4 -1/2 cup of  water.    



  Step 4:-  Beat  3 eggs  in a  bowl and keep aside


Step 5:-  Dip the " microwaved  chicken drumstick" ( Step 2) in  '' beaten  egg'' ( Step 4)  and then in   '' mixture  flour''  ( step 3) .



Step 6:-  Heat  pan on stove top and then add oil and then heat the oil. Shallow fry both sides of the ''microwaved  dipped chicken drumsticks ''  for 5 -10  minutes on medium flame.


Step 7:- Drain the fried chicken  drumstick on  paper towel .

 Step 8:- "Easy" Chicken  Drumstick  FRY  is ready :) Enjoy  :)
