Easy Spicy Chicken drumstick fry RECIPE #56




Step 1:- Marinate 4 -8  chicken   drumsticks ( make 2-3 deep cuts in the meat) with 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala http://jesacos5.blogspot.com/2013/11/biriyani-powder-garam-masala-powder.html) , 2 -4 teaspoon of ginger  garlic paste ,  2 table spoon of curd/ yogurt  and salt  for 2 hours. 




Step 2:- Microwave the marinated chicken pieces  with 1/4 cup of water for 12- 15 minutes . And keep aside.



 Step 3:  Prepare  a '' mixture '' with 1/4 cup of whole purpose flour ,  6-7 table spoon of corn flour, 2 teaspoon pepper powder , 2 -4 teaspoon Kashmiri  chilly powder ,salt and 1/2 - 1  cup of  water.    

Step 4:-  Dip the " microwaved  chicken drumstick" ( Step 2) firstly  in  '' beaten  egg''   and then in  '' mixture  flour''  ( step 3) and finally in Italian seasoned bread crumbs 




Step 5:-  Heat  pan on stove top and then add oil and then heat the oil. Shallow fry both sides of the ''microwaved  'dipped' chicken drumsticks ''  for 10-15  minutes on medium flame until the 'covering' gets golden brown in  color.


Step 6:- Drain the fried chicken drumstick on  paper towel .

 Step 7:- Spicy Chicken  Drumstick  FRY  is ready :) Enjoy  :)
