Step 2:- Slice 1/2 medium sized onion , 2 pearl onion, 3 green chillies, chop 3-6 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of sliced coconut and keep aside
Step 3:- Heat 2 tablespoon of Coconut Oil in a Frying pan or Non stick pan .
Step 4:- Splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
Step 5:- Add pearl onion , Coconut slices, chopped garlic and green chillies , Saute for few minutes .
Step 6 :- Add sliced onion .Saute until the onion becomes transparent .
Step 7:- Add Bitter gourd
Step 8:- Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Step 9:- Mix well and add 1/2 - 1 cup of water , salt and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame until the bitter gourd is done .
Step 10:- Once the gourd is done remove the lid and saute until the water completely evaporates .
Step 11 :- Add more oil if needed and saute until it becomes Brown and crunchy.
