''JESS SPECIAL'' CILANTRO FISH FRY ''
Step 1:- Make a smooth paste with 2- 3 garlic pieces ,2 " of ginger root, 1 table spoon of lemon juice , 2 pearl onions , 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro .
Step 2:- Mix the paste ( Step 1 ) with 2 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder , 1 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt .
Step 3:- Slice 2 lb of fish ( Swai Fillet or Tilapia Fillet ) into ''diagonal pieces'' as in the picture and marinate with Step 2 paste for for 5-7 hours.
Step 4:- Heat a pan ( NON STICK ) . Add 1 teaspoon of oil
Step 5:- And ''Fry'' the marinated fish pieces until it gets '' brown'' on both sides. Drain the extra oil on a paper towel .
Step 6:- " JESS STYLE " SPECIAL CILANTRO FISH FRY is ready .....:) Serve with steamed rice :)............
