KEEMA BEEF (JESS SPECIAL ) RECIPE#99



JESS SPECIAL  with KEEMA BEEF 





Step 1:- Make  a  smooth  paste with   2- 3  garlic pieces  ,2 " of ginger root,  1  table spoon of lemon juice , 2 -3 spring onions , 1/4 cup of  chopped cilantro  and 2-3 Green chillies.



Step 2:-   Marinate  1 lb of Keema beef with Step 1 paste  and salt for for 5-7 hours.




Step 3:- Heat   2 table spoon of vegetable oil in a pan , splutter  1 teaspoon of mustard seeds .  . 


Step 4:- Add 1/2 chopped onion.


Step 5:- Add chopped vegetables ( broccoli , carrots , cauliflower and tomato )


Step 6:- Add  2 1/2  teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of  turmeric powder , salt  and  1 teaspoon of garam masala .


Step 7:- Cook until for the vegetables are half done .


Step 8:- Add the'' marinated keema beef '' ( Step 2) with 1/4- 1/2 cup of water.


Step 9:- Cook for 18-20 minutes on medium flame , until , the keema is done and the  water evaporates completely from the keema .



Step 10:- Add 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro.


Step 11:- JESS SPECIAL  with KEEMA BEEF  is ready.................:)  Enjoy with fulkas, chapatis, tortillas.................and even with steamed rice ............:) :)
