White Chutney For Thin Dosa
Recipe Courtesy :- Dr.Bindu Santhamma.
Step 1:- Make a smooth paste with 1 1/2 cup of grated coconut , 3-4 green chillies, 2-3 pearl onions , few curry leaves, 2 '' of ginger root .
Step 2:- Heat 1 table spoon of vegetable oil in a pan .
Step 3:- Splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
Step 4:- Add 2-4 Dried red chillies, 1-2 chopped pearl onions , few curry leaves . And saute for few minutes, until the onion gets brown in color .
Step 5:- Add the smooth paste ( Step 1) , 1/4 cup of water and salt
Step 6:- Mix well and 'cook' at low flame for few minutes.
Step 7:- White chutney is ready .....Enjoy with Dosa, Masala dosa, Idly.......
