I:- HOW TO MAKE ''MASALA FOR FILLING''
Step 1:- Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan , splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1/2 chopped onion, 2-4 chopped pearl onion , 2-4 green chillies, 4-6 chopped garlic pieces.
Step 2:- Add 2-3 table spoon of Crushed Ginger-garlic, and 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion ( exclusively optional ), saute , until the onion becomes transparent.
Step 3:- Bring down the flame and add 1 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Step 4:- Add 2- 2 1/2 mashed potatoes and salt.
Step 5:- Mix well and keep aside.
II :- HOW TO MAKE DOSA BATTER,

Step 6:- Heat the pan ( dosa thava), wipe the pan with oil , pour 1 ½ spoon of batter in the center and spread it properly in a ''circular motion'' with the spoon, cook until it gets brown ''patches'' in the sides as in the picture.
Step 8:- Flip the dosa to ''original side '' and spread 2 table spoon of the mixture ( step 5).
Step 9:- Fold the sides of the dosa, as in the picture.
Step 10:- Masala dosa is ready.....Serve with white chutney
