Step 1:- Chop 5-8 Pacha Thakkali as in the picture below.
Step 2:-Heat a pan, Splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and add the chopped Thakkali ( step 1), 1 cup of grated coconut/ dried coconut flakes ( Here I used dried coconut flakes) , 2-3 sliced green chilli, 2-3 chopped garlic pieces , 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin seeds, 1/4- 1/2 chopped onion ,1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder
Step 4:- Cover the pan and cook for until the thakkali is done....
Step 5:- Pacha Thakkali/ Green Tomato Thoran is ready..............:) - JA-Mathew-
