Step1:- ''Shred '' 2-4 'left over' chicken drumsticks ( wash off all the masala ) , as in the picture.
Step 2:- Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon of pepper powder, salt .
Step 3:- Mix well.
Step 4:- Arrange the ''marinated shredded chicken '' on a wire rack / cooling rack, as in the picture.
Step 5:- Broil ,until it gets light brown color on both sides .
Step 6:- Jess Special ''Kothu- Chicken'' is ready......
