Beef Spaghetti ( JES STYLE )
I :-Beef [JES STYLE ]
Step 1:- Cut 1 1/2 lb of ''thin cut beef'' into small pieces as in the picture .
Step 2:- And marinate them with 3 table spoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder for 1/2 - 2 hours .
Step 3:- Heat a pan, add sliced 1/2 onion,Saute until the onion gets transparent .
Step 4:- 3-4 chopped garlic, chopped 2'' ginger root and 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper, 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion and 2 chopped green chillies .saute until the ''vegetables'' softens .
Step 5:- Bring down the flame and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of kashmiri chiili powder, 2 teaspoon of coriander powder and saute for few seconds.
Step 6:- Add the marinated Beef pieces ( step 2) , and mix well.
Step 7:- Add 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala ,salt , few chopped curry leaves ,1/2 teaspoon of Nirapara chicken masala powder and a bay leaf. Combine well with 1 cup of water and cook for 30 minutes on medium flame .
Step 8:- Now add 1/2 chopped tomato , and cook for another 10-15 minutes on low medium flame .
Step 9:- Add 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro , combine well and cook for another 5-10 minutes .
II:- Spagatti
Step 10:- Boil 3-5 cups of water with salt.
Step 11:- Add Wheat Spaghetti and boil for 8-12 minutes ,until the Spaghetti becomes soft.
Step 12:- Immediately drain in colander .
Step 13:- Serve with STEP 9 JES STYLE BEEF .......
