LAMB / MUTTON LIVER FRY RECIPE#109



LAMB / MUTTON  LIVER FRY 




Step 1:-  Cut  1/2- 3/4   lb of LAMB LIVER into small cubes  as in the picture ,


 Step 2:-   And marinate  them with 3 table spoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder  for 1/2 - 2 hours .And then wash them well for 2-3 times ,and set aside 


Step 3:-  Combine ''the washed Liver pieces'' with chopped10 -12 pearl  onions ,  2'' ginger root  , 4-5 garlic pieces and few curry leaves as in the picture ,


Step 4:-   And add 2 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder,  1   teaspoon of kashmiri chiili powder,   1 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds powder .Mix well and keep it for 1-3 hours.




Step 5:- Heat   1 table spoon of vegetable oil / Virgin coconut oil  in a  pan,splutter 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds , and add 1-2 dried red chillies .


Step 6:- Add the marinated LAMB LIVER ( step 4)  , and mix well and saute for few minutes .


Step 7:- Add 1/2 -1 cup of water , and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame . Until the water completely evaporates from the LIVER PIECES .


Step 8:-  Now add   1 - 2 table spoon of virgin coconut oil . Roast  until the liver pieces gets  dry and dark brown  in color .




                                    Step 9:-  LAMB / MUTTON LIVER FRY  is ready .......
