Egg-Paneer Curry ( Jes Style)
Step 1:-Boil 3-4 cups of water with 1-2 teaspoon of salt , add 4-6 Eggs and allow it to boil in a low flame for 5- 7 minutes. Remove the shells from the boiled eggs and keep aside.
Step 2:- Fry 100 grams of paneer cubes in vegetable oil of butter and keep aside.
Step 4:- Heat 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan .
Step 5:- Splutter 2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
Step 6:- Add the chopped onions , green chilies , ginger root , Garlic cloves [ Step 3] , 1/2 of a star anise, 3-4 cardamom, a cinnamon stick, a bay leaf and 1 1/2 table spoon of fennel seeds . And saute until the onion turns golden brown in color.
Step 7:- Bring down the heat and add 1 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder , 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder , and salt . Saute for few seconds with 2 table spoon of water .
Step 8:- Add the fried paneer ( Step 2) .
Step 8:- Add the boiled eggs ( Step 1)
Step 9:- Combine well with 1 1/2 cup of water . Add few curry leaves , and cook for 20 minutes in low flame .
Step 10 :- Jes Style Egg-Paneer Curry is ready.....................:) :)
