Step 1:- "Shred" left over turkey with a fork ( as in the pic below ) , and keep aside .
Step 2:- Heat a wide ( non stick preferred ) pan , add 1-2 table spoon of olive oil , and splutter cumin seeds ( 1 teaspoon) and peper corns ( 15-20 nos )
Step 3:- Now add onion ( finely chopped , 3/4 cup o) , garlic ( finely chopped, 1 teasppon ), green chillies ( finely chopped , 2 teaspoons ) and saute until the onion becomes transparent .
now add green peas ( 1 cup , cooked ) and corns ( 1 cup , cooked ) ,
step 1 'shredded turkey ',
add pepper powder ( 3 teaspoons ) , ginger powder (3/4 teaspoon) , amchur powder ( 3/4 teaspoon) ,
garam masala ( 1 teaspoon ) and salt .
Step 4:- Now add cooked rice ( 3-4 cups of ccoked rice )
Combine !:)
Step 5:- Now add raisins ( fried , 3/4 cup ) and egg ( from 3 nos , scrambled ) .
COMBINE !
Step 6:- Turkey Rice ( leftover from Thanksgiving Dinner , Fried rice Style ) is ready.................Enjoy ..... :) :) ........-JA Mathew-
