Step 1:- Heat a pan , add 3 table spoon of butter ,
finely chopped onion ( 1 1/2 cup ) , saute on medium flame, until the onions became transparent
Now add pepper powder ( 1 1/2 teaspoons ) and cumin powder ( 1 teaspoons ) ,
now add fish ( 6 -7 medium sized tilapia ) , and combine .
Add vegs [carrot ( 2-3 nos ) , celery ( 3-4 stalks ) spinach ( 7-8 leaves ) green onions ( 2-3 stalks ) ,]
combine and add lemon juice ( 1/2 of a lemon's ) ,
tomato ( 1 finely chopped ) ,
chicken stalk ( 4-5 cups ),
corn ( cooked , 1/4 cup ) ,
cinnamon powder ( 2 pinch ) ,
bay leaves ( 2-3 nos ) , garam masala ( 1/2 teaspoons) and turmeric powder ( 1/4 teaspoon ) , and cook on medium flame for 25-30 minutes ( until the fish pieces are "well done" ) .
Now add noodle ( cooked , 2 cups ) cooke for another 4-5 minutes on low flame
Step 2 :- Fish Noodle Soup is ready .....serve hot.....:) Enjoy .........:) JA-Mathew-
