Easy Gopi Manchurian RECIPE #283





Step 1:- Blanch   Cauliflower  ( medium sized , 1 ) and 



cut  it into small pieces , 


coat them in a mixture  of ( whole purpose flour ( 2 table spoons ), Kashmiri chili powder ( 3/4 teaspoons ) , salt , cornflour ( 1 table spoons )  , pepper powder ( 1/2 teaspoon) and water ( 1/4 cup )  ) and keep aside .



Step 2:- Heat a pan and add oil ( any vegetable oil, 1-11/2   cups  ) , and heat oil . 


Step 3:- Fry cauliflower , ( until its light brown in color , 


drain them on a paper towel and keep aside.



Step 4 :- Remove most of the  oil [  90% of fried oil from the   step 3 pan   and retain little oil ( 10% of it )  and add  garlic  ( finely chopped 1 1/2  teaspoons )  , ginger  ( finely chopped 1 1/2  teaspoons )   saute it for 4-5 minutes and 



add onion   (  red ,  1/2 of a  big one ,  sliced or cubed )  ,  green chillies ( 3-4 , splitted ) saute until the onions become transparent ,  


Now add peppers    (  red , green and yellow    , 1 cup ,  sliced or cubed ) , and green onions   ( chopped , 3/4  cup ) combine 



add soya sauce ( 3-4 teaspoons )  , 



  rice vinegar  OR vinegar   ( 1 teaspoon )   , 




chilli  sauce ( 2-3 teaspoons ) , 


 tomato ketcup  ( spicy or mild ,  2-3 teaspoons  )   , 


black  pepper  powder   (  1-2 teaspoons ) ,  



salt  , and 


 water ( 1/2 cup )   



 and step 3 cauliflower combine and cook another 10-15 minutes on medium flame
